Zhejiang Dakai Special Steel Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in Wenzhou, Zhejiang in 2017. After 7 years of ups and downs, the company has grown into a group enterprise with annual sales of nearly 2 billion yuan, covering a total area of 160 acres and employing more than 400 people. It is a specialized and innovative enterprise in Zhejiang Province that focuses on the research, development, and manufacturing of high-performance special steel materials. Based on the policy advantages of the "Two Health" pilot zone in Wenzhou, we have built an industrial chain of "one headquarters and three centers", namely Wenzhou Headquarters Group, Pingyang Special Steel Manufacturing Center, Fujian Jinhong Manufacturing Center, and Longwan Smart Sales Center, forming a special steel industry ecology that radiates the Yangtze River Delta and links with the Haixi Economic Zone.
    In order to implement the national dual carbon strategy and create a circular economy demonstration factory, Dakai Special Steel Production Base has built a solid solution furnace waste heat recovery system, 34 sets of cold rolling units, 7 sets of cold drawing units, and 14 sets of straightening units, achieving full process clean production and creating a digital central control center. Through the ERP+MES system, the energy consumption per ton of steel has been reduced by 18%.
    Dakai Special Steel currently has a professional R&D team of more than 20 people, including 3 senior engineers and more than 10 intermediate engineers. Through unremitting efforts, we have obtained 6 provincial-level certified industrial new products, 24 independent intellectual property rights, and participated in the formulation of the national standard GBIT17395-2024. In 2024, we will establish a joint research institute with the Institute of New Materials at Beihai University to build a CNAS level laboratory. The institute is equipped with modern testing equipment such as universal testing machines, hydraulic testing machines, ultrasonic flaw detectors, eddy current flaw detectors, and handheld direct reading spectrometers to strictly control the quality of raw materials, monitor the production process, and ensure the quality of finished products.
    We are constantly pursuing innovation and developing new materials in the field of special steel, breaking through the bottleneck technology. For example, 2507 deep-sea pipeline specialized pipe, 2520 high-temperature resistant material/nickel based alloy pipe; After years of market expansion and accumulation, we not only serve leading enterprises such as China Power Construction Group and Sany Heavy Industry, but also export our products to BCEP member countries and sell well abroad.
